We are here for you

Because of the national health emergency, all of our community-based services are being offered remotely.

Notice

HAWC is open and here for you. In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, HAWC’s community-based services will be available via phone during regular business hours (Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM) and by calling our 24-hour hotline at 1-800-547-1649 after hours. Our physical community-based offices are closed to the public.

Our 24-hour hotline and Emergency Shelter will still be in operation during this time period.

Additional Resources

Please check this page for a list of other local and national resources you may find helpful. We are monitoring community resources as they become available, so check back often.

Courts Update

Though the local courts physically reopened to the public on July 13, they are continuing to address most matters remotely. If you need to file for an abuse or harassment prevention order, or if you need support or have questions about your legal matters, please reach out to us at 978-744-8552. If you were due for a hearing on an existing order during this time period, please call your local court. If you need additional information about the Trial Court’s Response to COVID-19, please visit: https://www.mass.gov/info-details/court-contact-info-overview-of-covid-19-response#court-operations-during-the-pandemic-
