Treetop Yoga for Trauma

HAWC and Treetop Yoga are teaming up to offer a very special monthly workshop for survivors of abuse. All classes will be unique, as instructor Hilary Richard leads participants in meditation, breathwork, and gentle yoga postures with the intention of releasing trauma and finding empowerment. Shaina Doberman from HAWC will be available before and after class for anyone needing one on one support; there will be no group discussions during the event.
