Workplace Giving

When you support HAWC, your company contributes to a healthier community.

You are here: Home / Give Help Now / Workplace Giving

HAWC provides programs and services that help abused women, children, men, and nonbinary people in Massachusetts’ North Shore with the help of local businesses. By building a charitable and sustainable relationship with HAWC, your corporation can advocate for a healthier community. Encouraging your workplace to make a difference will boost satisfaction, enthusiasm, and team spirit.

If you or the organization you represent want to assist HAWC in empowering abuse victims and educating the community, consider the following options.

Provide Financial Support

A financial donation is the quickest, most direct way to save lives with HAWC. By providing corporate financial support through special events, annual sponsorships, third-party fundraisers, and employee giving campaigns, you can receive lawful tax deductions, have fun, and help end violence.

Donate Now

Match Gifts

If you are an employer, inspire your employees to support domestic violence survivors by matching their donation dollar-for-dollar or offering to triple their donation.

If you are an employee, multiply your contribution by researching whether your company offers a matching gift program or by proposing a program today.

Encourage Employees to Give

Encourage your colleagues or offer your employees the opportunity to donate a portion of their paycheck to HAWC in an employee giving campaign. Contact us today and learn more.

Give Time

Whether your organization can give one hour or one day, HAWC needs extra hands to achieve its mission. By volunteering with your workplace, you can take a break from your daily routine and boost team spirit. Consider rallying your office to volunteer their time and talents to our shelter or office, legal support services, or special events.

Give Items

By donating household necessities, gift-cards, or items that can be used at auctions and other HAWC fundraisers, you can clean out your office supply closet, and help HAWC support abuse victims.

Contact us today and begin taking a stand against domestic violence.

All non-benefited charitable donations are tax deductible as permitted by U.S. law. Each donation made receives an acknowledgement letter that serves as a tax receipt. HAWC is authorized by the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General to engage in fundraising activities. Our tax exemption number is: 042-655-367.
